SG-Care offers you extra care for your product during inspection* and shipping.

Under our basic inspection coverage, in the event that your shipment item is lost or severely damaged with obvious defects during the shipping process, SG-Care will compensate you the product and shipping costs incurred. Please click on the basic inspection link to find further details included in this coverage.

Please take note that certain problems like quality and functionality defects are not covered by our basic inspection and will not be covered by SG-Care. Kindly refer to Refunds for more information.

SG-Care cost is 5% of the total value of the item (including China Express fee).

The compensation includes:

● Full cost of item

● Full amount of International shipping fee and agent fee

● Compensation is limited to 2,500,000 MMK (Myanmar Kyats) For items without SG-Care purchase, we offer free compensation up to 100,000 MMK (Myanmar Kyats) per parcel.

Exclusions:

SGCare does not cover damages caused by insufficient or unsuitable packing for fragile items.

Please note that SGCare does not include Value-Added Services such as Wooden Crate Packaging, Vacuum Pack, Inspection and Photography Service etc.

**IMPORTANT:

Please note that our inspection service does not include verifying the authenticity of a product. Accordingly, neither the logistics centre in China nor we at the SGshop are able to check on or verify the authenticity of any products that you order. You agree to fully check all information and photographs made available by the seller that you have selected, and to communicate with such seller for additional information as you may require in order to satisfy yourself on the authenticity of the products that you wish to purchase. You should also compare the prices of what is sold online with the prices of similar product sold in retail shops in Myanmar, and if the prices of the online seller are very much lower than the retail shops in Myanmar, the product may not be authentic. Do not buy if you have any doubts on the authenticity of any products from any online seller. We will not be responsible for any counterfeit products, and you agree that you will bear full liability as the principal of the indemnified parties, fully defend, hold harmless and indemnify SGshop, the logistics centre in China, all directors, shareholders, employees, officers and agents of SGshop ("indemnified parties") in the event that any of the indemnified parties face a third party claim or suffer damages or incur expenses as a resuly of the counterfeit products ordered by you and brought into Myanmar on your behalf by SGshop as your agent acting on your instructions, including but not limited to settlement fees, court action fees, statutory penalties, and legal fees on a solicitor-client basis.
