After you placed order


Finance Team

You will receive an immediate confirmation if you made your payment via Credit Card/MPU/123 Service. For top up via account balance credit (Internet Banking/ATM transfer), confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.


Purchase Team

After confirmation of order, Purchase Team will place your order within 24 hours. Once the order been placed successfully, we will update the order status on the website and application.


Note: If the details of your items are unclear, status will be changed to ‘Problematic’ for more information from you before we proceed to purchase.

Inspection Team


Inspection will be done on items after they arrive at our China warehouse. Quantity, size, colour and obvious visual defects are all checked thoroughly.
Note: We are unable to check for authenticity, quality and functionality, including items that are sealed with original packaging or are in a wooden crate (by merchants).
